Entrusted by Shandong UXG Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as UXG) on March 21, 2017, a group of experts organized by CBIA (China Bearing Industry Association) assessed 4 key technological achievements of UXG bearings. According to the assessment by the experts team, the development of high-speed low-noise spherical roller bearing, single-row sealed spherical roller bearing series with high capacity of load and high reliability, new bearings for vibrating screen with high load capacity and high performance of anti-vibration and automatic centering fixture of clamping lathe, highly praised by experts, have reached the international advanced level and domestic advanced level in terms of technological achievement and innovation.
The assessment experts team consisted of Mr. Zhou Yu, professorate Senior Engineer of CBIA, acting as Director of the team, Mr. Ma Wei, a professor of Henan University of Science and Technology, Mr. Ye Jun, professorate Senior Engineer of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, Mr. Lu Gang, professorate Senior Engineer of CBIA, and Mr. He Jiaqun, professorate Senior Engineer of Xibei Bearing Co., Ltd. composed of senior engineers. Mr. Cai Meigui, General Manager of UXG, Mr. Cai Yuquan, Deputy General Manager of UXG, Mr. Chang Chaofeng, Director of Technological Department of UXG and other projects chiefs attended the assessment meeting.
The high-speed low-noise spherical roller bearing, a new product of UXG, is mainly used for wind turbines and centrifuges etc. The new product is capable of reducing noise and temperature with high precision and high speed to by optimizing its structural design such as the roughness and contact area of bearing’s outer ring, inner ring and roller and improving the processing techniques of roller, resulting in longer service life, which has reached the international advanced level according to the assessment.
The single-row sealed spherical roller bearing series with high capacity of load and high reliability is mainly used for modern agricultural machinery, processing equipment of building materials, environmental protection treatment facilities. It optimized the structure design with a special roller and a special cage, which enormously improved the bearing’s capacity and sealing so as to improve the bearing's service life and reliability, which has reached the international advanced level according to the assessment.
The new bearing for vibrating screen with high load capacity and high performance of anti-vibration is mainly used for vibrating screen equipment. It optimized its structure like roller, cage, lubrication etc., improving its resistance to vibration and load capacity, which has reached the domestic advanced level according to the assessment.
The automatic centering fixture of clamping lathe is designed for solving the problems of deformation of forgings in an oval shape of in an triangle shape in the processing of bearing’s inner rings and outer rings, causing the low precision of the processed forging, which seriously affects the quality of products. The project won the national invention patent. It has reached the domestic advanced level according to the assessment.
